In order to make a reservation, you need to be over 18 years old.
Web Reservation
- Room reservation is made via web and through the use of a virtual reservation platform or via e-mail.
- In order to make a room reservation, you need to provide your full name, your credit card number and a credit card expiration date as cited in the original card,
- also, the total number of attendants
Credit Card is mandatory as a reservation guarantee. It will only be charged upon your arrival at the hotel and directly by the facility.
he facility bears the responsibility to provide the requested room availability and the reservation will be completed upon a deposit.
Reservation Payment
Reservation payment is made either via credit card or via a fee deposit in any of the recommended bank accounts.
Should the credit card details appear as false or credit card fails to receive bank approval, then a reservation is immediately cancelled.
The facility shall provide a confirmation citing your name, the total number of reservation days and arrival/departure dates. Latter proof of evidence is to be printed by the guest and produced upon their arrival.
Earlier arrival and late departure
The arrival day is fully chargeable, even if there is a late arrival.
ΕShould there be a scheduled early morning arrival and, therefore, a need for an immediate room access, then the facility recommends that the room is also reserved for the night before so that there can be a guarantee for an immediate room access. Similarly, when it comes to late arrivals, an extra night reservation is highly recommended so that there is a guaranteed room access until departure time. Should a customer choose to make an extra reservation, there is an option for luggage storage for as long as it is required.
Accommodation for children under the age of 2
All children under the age of 2 are to be accommodated on a free of charge basis.
Pricelist
- Prices vary per room and day.
- The validity of the price abides by the day that the reservation received its confirmation.
- All prices cited in the pricelist come in € and are tax inclusive.
- The sole most immediate and easy way to confirm a room reservation and price cited in the pricelist, is via the use of a credit card
In advance payment / Cancellation Fees
30% of the total reservation fee and no less than the total value for a two-nights reservation, is to be deposited within one (1) day as of the reservation acceptance/confirmation. Your credit card shall be charged with the amount you have chosen under the assumption that you have opted for a credit card payment, or via a deposit in the facility bank account. Once a reservation is made, facility bank accounts details shall be provided to you via email for the relevant deposit.
In the event of a cancellation or reservation modification at least 21 days prior to the arrival, there is a full refund option.
In the event of a cancellation in less than 21 days and up to 10 days prior to the arrival date, there is a charge of 50% of the total amount.
In the event of a cancellation in less than 10 days prior to the arrival date, there is a charge of 75% of the total amount.
In the event in which there is a decrease in the number of reserved days, either at the beginning or the at the end of the reservation, there is a charge of 50% of the extracted days.
In the event of a no-show and therefore no arrival, there is a full reservation charge.
There is no option to add extra beds or children’s beds in any of the rooms.
